I've used Gardendale Pet Clinic for at least 20 years and have never had a problem. Dr Thompson and his staff have always been very gracious and have taken very good care of all my animals. I can't imagine anyone being rude. For what you pay to walk through the door at the emergency clinic you should not have to wait.

Dr. Andy really cares about the animals he cares for and is not just out to make a buck. He cured my dog from heart-worms.
