I was very Disappointed with the level of service. Janice gives a hard time to fill out paperwork and has a bad attitude when patients are following up. It feels as if you are begging for accommodations

DO NOT recommend this clinic. My niece has been trying to get her medical records from this office since March — it’s now almost June. Despite multiple calls and voicemails over the past two months explaining that she urgently needs her records for ongoing medical care, nothing has been done. We spoke to someone named Tina, who acted like she was going to help — but in reality, did absolutely nothing. Horrible experience with this clinic. My sister has been trying to get her medical records since March! Calls directly go to VM! Never get a call back! When we finally got a hold of the clinic Tina was no help, didn’t even care to try and assist after I nicely explained the situation. My sister has not been able to receive OB care in South Carolina because records have not been sent and has had to go to urgent care and the hospital to be seen for complications.
