Art my service writer and his team are all a great team. Art is always friendly and very knowledgeable. From the 1st person to greet you hello to the last person who gives you your car back from service completed they are all great. Thank you also to the person who did my oil change in the back.

Last time I went to get service, something absurd happened. The service took 2 hours longer than the estimated work time. Cashier is experiencing a problem. The cashier firmly told me that I had to pay by card or cash and called another employee to tell me not to bring the car. I instantly got angry. Treating customers this way felt like the Honda company's manual. Then she complains to the manager that I threw a pen at her. Of course not. I just hit it on the cashier counter.
