Had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership in the past but had a good experience with Benny today, who seemed genuinely honest and took the time to review the issues and priorities with me without treating me like a service sale or transaction. Before I went I was told all the things my car was going to get service on. When I got there nothing was covered except the oil change. No tire rotation. Nothing. And what was wrong was not covered. Actually nothing should be wrong in a car I just bought.

Great service provided by my advisor! He turned the two previous negative experiences to a very positive one. It is people like him that wins customers back. I praise him for his exceptional and hospitable customer service. He did it naturally and from the heart.
