Did not resolve issue! !! Was not transparent about rental service and after waiting for an extensive period of time had to call for someone to return back to dealership to pick me up.

Only issue was finance, took a while. Felt pressured to buy a warranty not needed. Sales was good. Went to finance and he rearrange the numbers. Then took an hour to agree on numbers. Almost left
Everyone I met including eduardo, ivan, and DJ were spectacular. I was treated fairly and have a lot of respect for how are they do their jobs and respect customers time. I came in with a budget and they found the right car for me.
