I needed a nice presentation bouquet for a colleauge's promotion ceremony. I was hesitant to use Citiflowers because of some of the poor reviews, but I tried anyway. I dropped in and they surprisingly did not have a book or samples to show me, saying this type of arrangement is created off site. That was really odd. Unbelievably bad service. I ordered a plant to be delivered to my father for father's day 4 days in advance and even though he lives 2 blocks away from their shop (in a retirement home with a 24 hour door man) they never delivered it. I had to call back 4 times to check on the order and ask them to redeliver it then finally canceled the order. I highly doubt I'll get the refund they promised. I don't know how some people are so disappointed. This is a florist in the heart of the city and I rely on them to send flowers, etc. They haven't disappointed me. Maybe it's luck of the draw, but I have been very happy.
