An expensive, roach and bed-bug infested dump. They are attempting to raise my rent in a fixed term lease. i viewed an apartment here, and there was an unknowable pile of crap in the middle of the room
The most expensive dump you will ever live. Scummy landlord, dingy building, dirty apartments for move-in, windows that are not properly sealed… with fees it’s >$1600 for an unrenovated two-bedroom apartment with no dishwasher, in-suite laundry, or electricity included. 23% rent hikes with each new lease, homeless people wandering in to smoke crack in the stairwells, massive potholes they fill every 3 years with gravel. They switched laundry to an app and can change the price and how much time you get for a wash very easily ... read more
The building has cockroaches, the company won’t do anything about it for up to 3 business days. There is always homeless people inside the building sleeping in the stairwell. It’s not a safe or sanitary building. Literally find anywhere else to live.
