One of our Australian cattle dogs managed to tear open his side. He is the sweetest boy ever but as is true with cattle dogs, nervous and uncomfortable around people who aren't his family. They did a GREAT job making him feel as comfortable as possible. They cared for him as they would care for their own. We left late in the evening and got a call first thing in the morning from the doctor checking on him... wanting to know how he was feeling. I really appreciate this level of care! Does not take an hour and half++ to groom a small dog. I dropped her off at 8:15 and still waiting and it's 10am! Won't be coming back! Plus there is a dog crying and they pay no attention to it in a locked up room!
We moved to Colorado two years ago with our 3 kitties. The oldest one, was an elderly diabetic cat and we started taking him to Garden Valley. We'd take him there for check ups, buy his speciality food there and take him for boarding. However I didn't realize how amazing this clinic was until 2 weeks ago when it came time to say goodbye to him. He was 14 years old and his body couldn't take anymore. Dr. Touran is the best. The entire staff, including the boarding staff are excellent. Each time we take our dogs to the clinic, the are excited to go and visit everybody. I think they are the best in Windsor.
It's not easy finding a vet for my intense, difficult and not so friendly cat. This place handled her with ease and gentleness. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for changing the vet experience for not only me but my difficult kitty.
