RecommendedI had to go to GSVS after my dog bit the diamond out of my engagement ring. As I was in hysterics everyone at GSVS remained calm. They assured me they’ll get my diamond back. They were all so wonderful and they did indeed get it back for me. They followed all the Covid safety precautions. Each person I saw there was nicer than the next. I highly recommend GSVS. They love what they do and it shows. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog and calming me down.
My girl Layla was referred to this facility for a liver shunt. From the very beginning they were wonderful with her and us. Full of information and explained everything to us. Calmed our fears and always answered questions. Not once did anyone at the facility make me feel that I was inconveniencing them with all my calls and questions. I cannot say enough about how amazing, compassionate and professional the staff is at the Garden State animal hospital! We had to put our dog down and everyone from the technician, to the receptionist who took my money, to the doctor were all very understanding and they allowed us to be with our girl and even acquiesce to our request to seeing us outside and letting her have her last moments on the grass under a tree. I had a very challenging visit with this veterinarian hospital. They were super unprofessional, no follow up, disorganized systems/filing, overcharging and disreputable staff. If it wasn’t an emergency and they weren’t the only place open, I would have taken my feline literally anywhere else.
Our wonderful cat Harvey was a patient at GSVS for the past 3 years (until his recent passing from cancer), and he received remarkable care from everyone on their team. We worked with Dr. Pintar in internal medicine and Dr. Cohen in oncology - both are amazing specialists in their respective fields and helped us through a very challenging journey. I want to take a minute to personally thank Dr Ian in dermatology for being so thorough with my almost 3 year old cat. He was suffering from an itchy face & cone life since Nov 2019. I appreciate you looking into all areas, checking all records & putting my baby on the road to relief. After 4 different offices, almost $3k, we have a diagnosis ❤
Every pet emergency we have had they have always been there. The best doctors, the best specialists, never pushy, warm, and compassionate
They saved my dogs life last weekend 4/6. My dog had Bloat - was diagnosed and operated on immediately. She is home and doing fabulous!! They are all GREAT!!
