This office is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office. They over charged my insurance company and sent the rest to collections. It is a scam and complete rip off. Their office is very old looking - wallpaper peeling off the walls like it's from the 80's, old raggy carpet in the waiting room, sinks in the patient rooms that look like they haven't been cleaned, and the bathroom stalls are facing directly in front of the very small patient waiting area. I have been going to this office and seeing Dr Mark for over 13 years. Since Nancy the manager left this place has really gone downhill. The previous manager Sandy was unprofessional and unfriendly and the new one now is no better. The new employees need more training. Twice I have gone and wrong billing codes entered WTH. i am a former patient returning and the office manager wouldn't allow me to see my dentist without xrays. The office manager as well as the receptionist are horrible. i wanted to see MY DOCTOR but refused to let MY DOCTOR know i was here and waiting. My dentist is a great guy but the office staff are HORRIBLE. They have PURPOSELY kept me waiting for an hour..THANK GDO FOR MY DOCTORS ASSISTANT FOR SHE SPOKE TO HIM!! HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONALISM OFFICE MGR & RECEPTIONIST
