The management company will charge you water, domestic hot water, trash, parking, and, sewer charge. This month, my trash charge is $128.44
Terrible management, the on site manager Robert is the worst possible human. When asked he is very unresponsive to problems & you won’t be able to reach him, Even if your expensive apartment is leaking. Everything is cheap inside they’re charging you more for the area than the actual place.
My experience here has been pretty good overall! Robert, the on-site manager, is friendly and responsive to problems and requests. They are doing a fair amount of improvements as well which is great!
As sad as it is this location is over price on the rent. On a daily base you have ever the smell of. Weed. Smokers specially at evenings. Hours. From time to time a rowdy crowd. If you single no kids and you do the herb thing then is good for you. Also you.must be on time here on the rent. Zero tolerance u get ur 3 day that morning after ur grace period. And if u dont pay on the 3 day notice they will send u to eviction i belive these people are in the making money from kicking you out soon as u mis rebt and keeping ur depos... read more
