This unit is very spacious. I love the two bath two bedroom floor plan the microwave and a dishwasher and the stove and refrigerator convenient and the outside patio is comfortable and private and fenced in and pet friendly.
The management company will charge you water, domestic hot water, trash, parking, and, sewer charge. This month, my trash charge is $128.44
Terrible management, the on site manager Robert is the worst possible human. When asked he is very unresponsive to problems & you won’t be able to reach him, Even if your expensive apartment is leaking. Everything is cheap inside they’re charging you more for the area than the actual place.
My experience here has been pretty good overall! Robert, the on-site manager, is friendly and responsive to problems and requests. They are doing a fair amount of improvements as well which is great!
