when we opened the door we got hit with a whiff of something gross, the beds were not made, garbage all over the floor, sheetz laying on the bed not even made, we turned around and didnt even walk in the room to see what the bathroom was like(I'd hate to even picture it) (I had a check in of 3, arrived at 5 and the person at the desk said the cleaning lady must not have got to it yet) I watched people literally throw garbage out on the ground out of their car, cigarette butts all through the walkways, people living in them w... read more
NEVER STAY HERE!! The hotel was dirty, there was something that looked like ink stains all over the floor of our room. It took two and a half days to get more towels and they never brought us our extra pillows (which were only needed because the pillows provided were paper thin). The blankets felt like sandpaper, and speaking of sand I never even saw a housekeeper in the hotel at all, let alone our room getting cleaned. Absolutely the worst place to stay ever! Not once was our room cleaned, we had to take out our own trash,had to ask for towels/ toilet paper. The room smelled like pot,mold. The beds are uncomfortable the bed sheets & towels are filthy and stained they smell terrible. This hotel does not deserve any stars period, no fee breakfast the list goes on.... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Room was barely adequate. Needed to be cleaned. No time to swim. Wouldn’t Stay again. Will take time to find a better place for the money I paid.
I was there for a week just left yesterday .The bed slept good and the pillows were great ! But because I was eaten alive by bed bugs I cannot give this place a good rating on anything. I got bitten a total of three times in three different days.I definitely will never go back nor will I recommend it to anyone
The staff was very polite and sweet, the bathroom had a odor but we got air freshener for it and everything else was great. The A/C felt great and I had the best sleep I have had in a long time, unless I was just extra tired...lol. overall everything was Great.
Black mold in bathroom an A/C fuckin gross didn't look at room was to wore out
