my 550 dollar lawn mower breaks down ever other day. its cost me over a 1000 dollars. now woth no end in sight

We hired garden hut for snow removal which we payed for the whole season,because of medical issues. My husband called and asked if f someone could come over and at least clean the part where the city plowed us in so I could get out and get his medication. The guys answer was for my husband to make other arrangements and hung up. Wow, that is horrible. No way to help your customers.
Been there 3 times now to get parts for my auger and the owner was just an asshole every time. The two other guys that I have worked with have been great, very helpful. The last time I was there which was about 2 weeks ago, the owner literally told me to "move on because we don't have time for that" all the guy was trying to do was find me the right gas line because I needed a replacement in my strikemaster and they are the "certified service center" for strikemaster augers in town.
