CON-ARTIST PHONEY My daughter went to work for Mr Garden he lead her to believe that she was gonna make Fat Cash !! She was there no time and realized this man was a terrible realtor he would rent homes to people who were desperate that were not even his homes. As a realtor he had access to them and would take large down payments and never return them. He put her in a home with her 3 kids and then turned around and sold it supposably and she had to move into a dump with no water. I could go on and on hes truly needs his lice... read more
Run the other way! Man is pure evil. Rented from him...supposedly a rent to buy. Two weeks after moving in still did not have water and only a few outlets working in the home. Board of health then knocked on the door and stated no one was supposed to be living there because the house had over 20 health violations including asbestos and mold. I could go on and on but DO NOT rent or buy from this man. He not only shouldn't be doing business, he belongs in jail.
Scammers Terrible business. There is always a new person working in the office. So you can never talk to the same person. He Will not fix repairs. Called the Dept. of Health and they already has cases on his inhabitable houses, like holes in the floors and roofs. We witheld the rent since he would not fix anything. He filed an eviction on us. But he files them in the wrong court. So it will be a run around game. He will rip you off. Do not do business with this man or company.

GARDEN REALTY SCAM My husband and tryed to buy a house last from this fraud. We were set to purchase our home and we needed the money we gave him for escrow put back in our bank and finished house purchased. But no he didnt have the money then the actual; owner told us she didnt even allow us to move in. We handed the man 4000 on Feb 18th and on the first of march he wanted his rent now or he was filing in court which he did but the house should have already been purchased. Liar, theif, cheat I have been robbed by David Garden too! I am organizing a petition to revoke his Realtors license. I also currently have pressed criminal charges against him. I warn everyone to not get involved with this evil man!!!!! Anyone want to help get justice, just respond.
Do Not Do Business With Mr Garden DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY MONEY!!!! He is a liar and a cheat. I rented a home from him and was going to try to buy the house...well ended up that he didn't even own the house as he calls it he was the "property manager" when I asked him why there were court papers delieverd to the house saying that he was losing the house, I was told it was none of my concern.
