They were super slow to fix things when needed. We got new property management and they don’t follow through with things in our lease, It’s ridiculous. They’re never open when you need them to be. I’ve went a total of 7 times DURING THE DAY and the office was closed before they were supposed to be or they just don’t open up at all. They also try and jack up the rent but we have no renovations to the place??
Hopefully we can get this answered fairly quickly, but from the first day, I moved in and looking at the lease as well as online I see that it says we have assigned parking, but yet I still seem to have to Park away from where I can see my car I don’t think that someone who’s living three to one bedroom should be able to take up three parking spaces. Or someone with guest that comes in and take a residence parking space. I don’t feel safe in this community and I love to keep an eye on my property as much as I can.
We’ve lived here since March , and I first it was a decent place, but now with them selling out there hasn’t been ANYONE out to spray our apartment for bugs. ROACHES everywhere I’ve contacted and contacted about it and nothing has been done. The grass doesn’t stay mowed , the trash barley gets picked up and there was a point where there was vultures in the trash because it was so full ! I have been calling and calling asking about application status and they informed i have been approved after i called for 3 days. Then when I'm requesting information about a move in date along with what unit they aren't too eager to provide me with any help. I have emailed and continued to call this is the most unprofessional leasing office i have ever dealt with!!
William the maintenance guy was great!!!! He had our air blowing cold and had it running within an hour and was super friendly!!!!!!
