Horrible place to live in. The only person that would spend the time to write a long review saying everything is good, is "the manager". Everything is old and the company who owns the place which we do not know who are they, do not want to spend a penny to fix the property. Everything that they replace (if you are lucky and they say they will replace) is the cheapest quality and will break easily even though you take care of them. Worst management. I have lived in other apartments but never with such bad management. The apartments are finally starting to be updated here and there, and the management is bullying their tenants. NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! NOT GUEST FRIENDLY!!! Don't live here! (There). The neighbors or nice. I love my apartment, but until they change the management, This place is NOT recommended. (Before current management I recommended this apartment complex to several people.)
Dear people, if you want to find the right place to live, the right management for apartment, our apartment - The Garden Grove is this place. I live here for three years. Before that I lived in many apartment complexes, including the luxury apartment with big office stuff. I can compare, but The Garden Grove apartment with just two people in office - manager and maintenance, is the best one. I happy with everything here.
