I was so excited when I opened the door and found my spider plant had arrived, it is absolutely beautiful . I recommend Garden Goods Direct for plants, the prices are very reasonably priced.
Amazing Amazing Customer service! One of the plants arrived damaged....clearly was done by the shipping company. Garden Goods replaced the damaged plant without question & it arrived safely & in perfect condition. We are very impressed with this company & will be a repeat customer.
These days, good customer service has been hard to find. Most companies have forgotten the importance of taking care of the customer. It was a pleasure dealing with Garden Goods Direct who still takes great care of the customer. I don't think any works there!!! I received 1 on 2 boxes, where most if my plants are in box 2. I have written numerous times with no reply. I would never recommend this company as they took my money and sent me nothing, I call that a . Very Very Unhappy Customer
This company is ver astute to its customers concerns one plant cam damaged the saw the pics and did hesitate to replace it .even tho it was probably a shipping problem beyond there controll.the other plants we beautiful can’t wait to order from them again
Ordered a blue ice Arizona Cypress, and the tree arrived quickly, perfectly packed, and ready to plant (which we did within 3 hours of receipt). The tree is healthy, and the blue color is just what we were looking for (Colorado Blue Spruce just doesn't do well in the part of Texas where we live).
I would definitely order from this company.item ordered was just as I expected. I was also given a choice as to when Iwould like item delivered. This was very convenient for me. Item was sent as I had asked. Ornament was beautiful.
Had a problem with shipping charges on initial order. When Garden Good Direct was notified they promptly corrected the issue and refunded the shipping charges..WELL DONE!
