I bought 2 Red Oak trees in early spring prior to leaf emergence. On tree took of with no issue. The other never seemed to have a chance. The second tree was replaced in a complimentary fashion. The company does take response to customer contact seriously.

Bought a tree in a #3 container that was 12 inches tall. Other sources have the same Baby Blue Spruce in #2 containers at 2-3 ft tall. No resolution.
My beautiful Astilbe plants arrived yesterday. They were packed just perfectly and arrived looking full, healthy and the soil was nice and moist for them. The looked very happy and so was I when I saw them. Thank you for the gorgeous plants. C. D******
