I ordered a 5 gallon evergreen from Garden Goods Direct online. Shipping took less than a week, Tracking was provided, the tree was packaged very well and soil was not dried out. Couldnt be happier.
I bought 2 Red Oak trees in early spring prior to leaf emergence. On tree took of with no issue. The other never seemed to have a chance. The second tree was replaced in a complimentary fashion. The company does take response to customer contact seriously.
I had never before ordered plants online. But unable to find the hostas I wanted at any plant shop in *************, I searched online. I ordered a three-pack of one-gallon albomarginata hostas from Garden Goods Direct. Two days after shipping, they arrived, perfectly packed and in perfect condition. Bought a tree in a #3 container that was 12 inches tall. Other sources have the same Baby Blue Spruce in #2 containers at 2-3 ft tall. No resolution.
My beautiful Astilbe plants arrived yesterday. They were packed just perfectly and arrived looking full, healthy and the soil was nice and moist for them. The looked very happy and so was I when I saw them. Thank you for the gorgeous plants. C. D******

Easy to use website. Plant products arrived within reasonable timeframe. The plants were healthy and vibrant and well packaged so to not sustain damage during shipping. This kind of customer service is becoming rare. I’ll definitely tell others to shop here and will shop again in the future.
