Just recently starting buying from Garden Goods Direct. Turnaround time from placing my ordering to receiving the plants at my home is fast, the plants are packaged well and are very healthy. I miss-ordered the wrong size and quantity of plant on my most recent order. I didn’t realize it until a couple days later. I contacted customer service and they corrected my order quickly. Just another reason why this company gets so many outstanding reviews.
These plants are gorgeous. They are hearty and healthy and the customer service is prompt, courteous and they make you feel like a VIP. They will be my go-to on all plants from now on. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I had a problem with some plants that I have ordered. After a few emails with the company requesting assistant in how to care for them, they asked me to send a photo and that they will take care of the problem. I just received new replacements which I did not ask for, but they were well received..
