About this business
We offer a comprehensive spa menu including treatments for the body and skin. We are located just south of the metropolitan area of Albuquerque on a six acre campus dedicated to aging services and treatments. Our 4200 sq ft spa includes an outdoor heated mineral pool, two hot tubs, men and women changing rooms, steam rooms, sauna, outdoor and indoor dining area and seven treatment rooms.

My sister and I had a wonderful day at the GGDS. LOVELY!
A beautiful hidden gem!! Enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter day at the spa yesterday. We enjoyed lunch poolside then both had the hemp pain relieving massage. We both agree, best massage ever!!

I have done water aerobics for years in several states and venues. This little jewel in Valencia county is priceless and as a silver sneakers senior costs me the gas to get there. They are gracious,cheerful and enjoy spoiling you. They have numerous classes,massage,facials,and even food and gifts at reasonable prices
The staff is friendly. It's a little pricey but I love the pool area. Even if you just use the pool it feels like you're getting pampered!
