Excellent Dr. Matt is very thoughtful in his approach. I am very pleased and applaud his forward thinking.
Everyone was friendly and pleasant. My experience was great. At my request, the Linda did not touch the computer mouse and keyboard while performing my cleaning. With all the germs going around, this should be your regular policy. Running an alcohol wipe over the keyboard is insufficient to insure germs from one patient don't contaminate other patients. If someone needs to touch anything that is not sterile (including the computer) during the procedure they should be required to replace their rubber gloves. Thanks.
