Verified Renter Quality build, nice spacious units, tall ceilings, very friendly staff! One of a kind place in Denver. A lot of the newer buildings looks nice with the amenities but this place gives you the best bang for the buck with actual apartment size, and updated amenities are currently in construction.
Verified Renter Besides construction which was needed, I love living here. This my home until retirement and I am so happy that we got lost and walked in. I look forward to many more years here!

Not Worth the Money For the price you pay there are plenty of better options in the immediate surrounding areas. The trash issue that is brought up multiple times in other reviews is a real thing, piles daily. The grounds itself are barely maintained and covered in pet waste. Egregious safety concerns with missing railings on 3rd floor breezeway balconies and fire alarm/sprinkler issues. The worst community in at least a 5 mile radius The fitness centers on both properties are poorly maintained. Parking is a forced charge yet not guaranteed. The staff is genuinely useless in most regards and just there to give people the run around, or air filters. They don't even give tours. The trash is a mountain high 6 out of 7 days of the week. The sidewalks are poorly maintained. I was very excited to move in and enjoyed it for about 6-7 months. This past year has been a major disaster.
