Wasn’t worth it Two positive things are true about this place. These apartments are very affordable for the area. The grounds are kept nice. Many of the other tenants are very rude and will yell at you for no reason. The manager plays favorites and doesn’t take concerns seriously. You will be told you’re the problem if the manager has loyalty towards another tenant regardless of their behavior. Yelling and disrespecting others is just the norm. Excellent service I moved in with my cousin in December but he ultimately decided not to stay. Sue was incredibly helpful in that transition. Great service, great location, A+ all around.
Love living here Moved in about 2 years ago and have had absolutely not problems. From the very first day, Sue and Steve have been responsive and professional. They care about the tenants as well as making sure everything works. When there is an issue, the jump on it to make.sure it gets resolved. They also make sure the grounds are well kept. And the other tenants are nice/courteous. Its a great place to live.
NEED TO CHANGE MANAGER!!! (ASAP) Manager have a terrible personality, Can't think logically, and don't care for the people who lived here. there is NO PARKING and she will favor "favorites". Need to change manager as soon as possible.
Visit Had the opportunity to visit Garden Court Apts while apartment hunting. From the moment I called to the end of my visit Sue was a very pleat individual explaining everything I needed to know about the complex. She never seemed uninterested or bored as she gave me the tour. It was great interacting with a person who loves what they do. Apartments nice too!
Wonderful Community What can I say... I really love this place. My wife and I were very particular about choosing where we wanted to stay especially having two young children. This place has a great community feel. The manager Sue has always been so good to my family from listening to our needs to simply offering up smiles daily. This place really feels like home. We also have some pretty nice neighbors which always makes a big difference.
Great Place to Live! I been living here for the past 5 years. I love the staff and the maintenance. Any issue I have the manager Sue always take care of my work order in a timely fashion. She is very helpful and friendly. I am glad I move here.

garden courts My family and I are almost 2 years living at garden court apartment. We love it a lot except for the stairs we have to go up and down on (we stay on the 2nd floor). Sue is a great manager. She is very friendly and takes care of business. She is always on top of things. The apartment all around is very well taken care of.
