I have been coming here for 10 years and absolutely love it! I travel 50 minutes just so my children can go here. Dr. Dean is the most amazing doctor I have met. He always listens to me. I’m not just a number. He actually cares about me and my children. My only complaint would be some of the staff you talk to on the phone seem very rude so it would be great for them to do better so they can be an example of how amazing the doctors and nurse practitioners are.
Cannot say enough about the caring, thorough, professional, and personalized care we've gotten here from the doctors, NPs, and nurses.
I’ve had my kids at this practice for 13 years…. For the most part we have liked it but the last year has become unreal. I have a strict work schedule as a surgical assistant and could only get my twins physicals on a day that their doctor wasn’t working, when I made it they were aware it was a nurse practitioner and were okay with this. It’s now 3 days before their appointment and a Lindsey calls me telling me she has already CANCELED my appointment and reschedule it for a diffrent day which of course im working “because of... read more
