There was a total lack of communication on my short visit. I was about to be given a procedure that I didn't need at the time. To add insult to injury the scheduler says she informed me that I would need to go on an emergency list for what I actually needed. Total bull! I have a loose tooth in my mouth why would I schedule a cleaning? If she had told me that when I called I would have called someone else and try to get what I needed most! Only thing they got right was the charging of my insurance!
