Very upset with the lack of service from Home Depot after buying a dryer that doesn't work after 9 days and a washer that has been recalled. They do not stand by what they sell. I was on phone for 5 hours in one day alone problem still not fixed. Home Depot where customers cone last and are not VALUED!!!! Don't shop at Germantown Home Depot
I have literally never experienced WORSE customer service than I have at this Home Depot. I approached several employees to ask questions, only to be ignored while they carried on their conversations. Additionally, no one could actually walk us to the product we were inquiring about. I will be sticking with Lowe's from now on.
Please beware that there is vandalism activity at this store inbroad daylight. My son had his truck vandalized at 5pm on 7/13/16--$2500 damaged--keyed with awful words in large letters. Police came--manager took 30 minutes to even come outside-- cameras right there and she said "get a subpoena" and then walked away. NO apology- nothing! Main HD Facebook site asked for information about this and never replied. Stay away even in daylight----ZERO customer service!,,,
Have my Veterans status on my Maryland issued drivers license, which apparently is NOT PROOF ENOUGH that at one time I offered my life as a protector of this nation. Thank you for NOT honoring my service today. I was hurt and hugely disappointed. You lost a long time customer today. Ps. Your cashier told me the manager wrote her up the last time she honored a veteran's DL id...absolutely despicable.
