Germantown employee/managers (Chris, David) and customer service issue. We took our matter with Home Depot customer service about Ticket No. 17666902. I called the customer service number and left a voicemail to talk to me and instead of my wife. Instead of calling me, they are still calling my wife and try to harass her. I wish anyone from management reading this would take it up.

You messed up my very simple order today. I went online this morning for a simple Americana charcoal grill for in store pick-up. Despite receiving the text and email that my order was ready for pick, when I arrived to the store, I had to wait. My order wasn’t ready. The customer service lady had to send some runner guy to the back to get it. It took him all of 20-30mins. Having to wait so long defeated the purpose of me ordering online for pick-up.
