They replaced every check out register with self checkout. They going to give me a cashier discount?
once again i waited for one hour, went to the front desk 3 times to get someone to make a few cut on some lumber. this location has always been awful and i spend thousands of dollars at home depot, lowes here i come
Avoid roof repair service. I got the new roof last year. This year I lost 3-4 shingles and I have called them atleast 6 times and they keep changing dates. Sometimes, they will change date and not call you. The service is provided by a 3rd party vendor in Baltimore and they do not respond. I have called the Installation Manager and Sales guy multiple times and they tend to ignore it.
Total trash heap of a store. Compared with the Home Depot in Frederick or Westminster the Germantown store is terrible. The store is always in a state of disarray. Lumber department has some of the poorest grade of timber I've ever seen. Half of which is unlabeled and in the wrong bins. Garden department is a mess as well, with birds are all over the place because someone got the bright idea of storing birdseed outside. Well it's the weekend of 03/26/2017 and the return line is so long. You would think that Home Depot would have more than one person working returns. Very frustrating!
Dear Home Depot: women can be competent carpenters. We don't only buy power tools to get back at men who have hurt us to, in the words of one of your cashiers, "cut off his hands or his balls." Get some sexual harassment training. Oh, and PS. Just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I'm an idiot. Congratulations. You've lost a customer - one who was about to spend a lot of money renovating a basement and nursery. Guess Lowe's needs that money more.
