the customer service from their morning manager is bad. I went to them to inquire about a cooler that had been posted that people were purchasing at a very nice discount, and it would have been nice if the store manager could have explained that in California even though the product is the same across the united states has been discounted...California will not honor price matching with their own company...instead he gave no explanation and just said NO we arent changing the price. They are not a hardware store and don't carry certain items. I go there because Ace is too far away.

store is always fully stocked and the staff is extremely attentive. the self check out lane was moving slow so two sales people immediately started helping up is along.
Hawthorne Home Depot and Torrance Home Depot the only ones I recommend. I always find most of my materials in these 2 stores. I don’t like the way Hawthorne did their returns desks though. Seems like it gets crowded at the entrance.
