Went to home depot in a dire time of need and I must say the tampon selection is TERRIBLE!!!
Went to my first "Do it Herself" workshop yesterday and had a fun time and learned to make a cute holiday decoration. Joe was great!! (Will comment with a picture since it won't let me post it here). Will definitely attend again! Thanks Joe and Home Depot! #doitherself

Paid for 3 doors and install December 14, 2018 for my girlfriend Dena. Today is March 14 2019. Eddie the instsller got started 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been back to finish. So disappointed. Eddie says call the store. Andrew, that dept for doors salesman, says call Eddie. Tomorrow I have to take time out of my day to drive up there to get some answers. So disappointed.
I've been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to answer my questions about renting a deck sander!!! I went on line and the store that was supposed to have one told me they do not rent tools!! The store in Bothell won't answer the phone. The operator said they R very busy and only have 1 clerk!!! Very poor customer Svc.
Spent an hour being sent in every direction. The place looks like they just opened, aisles are a mess, employees have no idea where things are. Then my commercial card didn't work and the guy at the register told me I had to input the number myself. After doing that, the computer then told him the card MUST be swiped, even though it didn't work the first 20 time we tried it! I'm sick of Home Depots employees and their lack of care and sense of urgency.
Very disappointing to show up to Do It Herself workshop only to find it had been cancelled without any kind of notification.
