Don't shop here. Just don't. Not even kidding, horrible service, I ordered online and they didn't have anything there from my order after I was notified it was ready then they couldn't credit any of my money back. Real fucking nice place.
First they didn't order me enough flooring, after we gave them the correct square footage. They just didn't caclculate right how much came in each box. I figured okay. honest mistake. Now, my order has been back ordered, which I understand. But I was never told it was backordered until I called asking where my order is. Now we are passed the delivery date and still no new flooring. I am so done with this store. Take a little more time and travel to Ithaca. They have much better staff. Remodeled are Bathroom a few yrs back pretty nice guy in plumbing and the person in tile was nice i just went for a plant for my grandson plant day at school yesterday & very nice lady in garden center also
So I went for a dishwasher and they tried to tell me I was going to have to wait a week. I asked for a manger and was offered the floor model.
Very busy today!! I work here! Phew!!
I registered my 2 daughters and 2 of my nieces for the kids build and grow and only my kids showed up because my nieces grandmother past away when I showed up for the build and grow I asked You to take the kits home to my nieces they told me kids have to be there to get the kits I told them the reasoning behind why they weren't there and they still wouldn't give me the kits, I went to these down south and they never give me a problem about not having a child there to get the kits. This post was on FB. Wanted to share. Thank you Home Depot for helping people in the community. My eyes were filled with tears today as I listened to my voice mails.... A family that Jenny Hess and I helped with gifts and Christmas dinner..of course Jenny doing the running around God bless her.... They had no working stove and were using a toaster oven... I get mine when I'm in there, I haven't been on active duty in 20 years, so to tell a vet no means u don't care if this country defenses its self from others Who bring harm here, this moron wouldn't know how to thanks us who served if it bit him in the ass. He doesn't respect us them maybe we won't shop Home Depot anymore. When it hurts there profit margin maybe they will reconsider there stand on this matter. The store was in Washington state, I no longer shop at any Home Depot because of shit like this
