3 employees not wearing masks over nose, one had on chin, I won’t be coming back for a very long time if ever. Very disappointed with this locations managers and employees.
Home Depot does not have accurate inventory listed online for their stores. Just wasted 2 hours driving there and back to buy brown metal roofing panels. Online says they have qty 40 in stock. They have 0. Huge waste of time and fuel on my day off.

I love the in store expirience. The employees are prompt, courteous and always helpful. But the online delivery/customer service experience I just had makes me doubt if I'll ever return. . I was looking for a large atomic clock they only had small ones. However as I was leaving I found a check on the ground for $720 I took it in to customer service I called the guy who is on the top of the check and told him that I found his check. He told me thank you and asked me to tare it up, I told him he would have to contact the service desk I left it with them.
Way to go Home Depot on your customer service! We ordered a bathtub online a couple weeks ago because it was not available in the store. Opened it and a piece of the porcelain is chipped. Called them to see what we could do about it because we planned on installing this weekend and their answer is bring it back and get your money back and order another one online ( which takes over a week!)
