You generally get frustrated looking for someone to help you. The military discount has been neutered and it is not what it originally was. Lowes still has the military discount in full.

If I approach the customer service desk first, you don't pick up the phone when it rings and have me standing there for 10 minutes talking to another employee about something else. I finally had to walk away as the other customer service employees told me to wait for her and then didn't even helped me when she was done with her customer. So angry right now.
The lady in the customer service should not be there.She's a joke on her position. RACIST BITCH.
Just go home if you have an attitude and can't do the job you were hire to do.
