I ordered a water heater to be installed today. They were supposed to be here between 12 and 4 p. I am still waiting. I would not recommend them for anything. I talked to the manager at 530pm and he was very unconcerned and told me they work 24 hours a day. ARS rescue rooter would be here to install it. ARS finally showed just before 9pm. Guess what after they told me at 830 in the morning the technician would arrive with the water heaters on the truck to give me and estimate and install it. Worst service. Took money to get our flooring done in April. Still waiting on them to have the flooring done.
Home Depot curbside pickup is 1000 times better than Lowes curbside! Also, the workers are great and so polite! Thanks Home Depot!
offer message option, i am trying to get help and not one to help. my order online i try to do curb pick up i was informed too busy and not one to talk with i was advised to wait in hot line to get my order that was done on line and paid for, i went down the street and walk in store in and out with 10 minuets
I saw a lot of new faces today and a lot of smiles also. Oh wait that was a dream I woke up and realized that we’re still in the apocalypse. I had to wait in a long line just to get in. I had to have my face covered for some odd reason. Oh yeah that’s because some idiot in government thinks that’s a good idea. I use to believe this madness would end but I’ve lost hope this will never end. Next up, major financial depression worst than 1930.
