Every time I go there, I LITERALLY have to hunt for help. Associates will actually avoid eye contact! Last time I was there I was advised to buy a piece that I KNEW I didn't want, or need. Before I left, I asked another associate who informed me that I was correct. The piece was wrong fit and it wasnt going to help me. I appreciate the Good Ol Boy attitude, but you stuff the Little Woman treatment I often get.

If you can safely navigate between the prostitutes and the tamale sellers in the parking lot and make it inside, you’ll be ok. I hate this store because of this.
This location needs to have a visit from corporate, it's a freaking mess. Will call a large order and comeback the next day to pick it up and it hasn't been pulled, wait while it's pulled and find out 3 panels are damaged so have to go back and exchange them out. Almost no help from employees. Sad. This store is a sad sad mess.
I find what I need and get out quickly. The staff has always pointed me in the right direction or walked me to the item I need. On one occasion they were really, really slow getting someone to cut down a peg board for me, but they more than made it up to me with a nice discount on my overall purchase.
Store is heavily disorganized and carries only a small amount of items compared to other locations! Prices are also a little on the expensive side as well! The front entrance to the parking lot is loaded with illegal imagrants and homeless as well.
We bought several “large” items, new garage door, washer & dryer, and 3 new windows. Everyone involved made it smooth without stress. Thank you all!
