Today, Joey in Garden, went out of his way to search for some candy cane stocking hangers for me. When I called he didn't find the 1 and only the store inventory said they had. BUT, about 25 minutes later my phone rang and it was Joey saying he found it for me! Thank you so very much!
Bought carpeting for my home, Home Depot said HOM Solutions is the company that will install it. Worst experience ever. Antoinette Bustamante- Sanchez was rude not helpful. said I don't answer my phone so if you have to leave a message. Installers showed up the second day with no metal for doorway and stairs. Told me If I want that done I would have to go to Home Depot and buy it myself. Spent 6000 dollars and am VERY unsatisfied. Home Depot you need to fire this company. Not sure I will come back to Home Depot.
Had quite a frustrating experience Wednesday night. Went in at almost 7pm to get a beautiful Milwaukee tool box that was on sale. I asked the nice lady at self checkout if she could call for loading assistance for me. I heard it go through the overhead speaker but seamed like once they heard it was 450 pounds there was no answer. After waiting almost 30 minutes I walked to the customer service counter (passing 3 able bodied men). They couldn't even get a hold of a manager on duty nor give me info for the store manager. It's a shame when u have to parade around the store with your hand up in the air like we did in kindergarten to get help around this place. I think the guy that helped me didn't ever work here. I saw no name badge so I'm just assuming. God bless his heart. When I get to the front all the employees are yacking it up with each other. One is constantly on the intercom doing the countdown to closing. I'm gonna spend my money else where. Had to spend it there due to new project starting in the morning
Every time I try to log in to my account it doesn't accept my user name or password then it locks me out when I retrieve either one. they can keep their damn card
