This location is AWFUL!!! Terrible customer service and very unhelpful. When trying to match paint to a can of paint I brought in they said (the only option to really match it) was to cut a hole in my wall, but provided no other options. Today we went to this store. When we told the person at the register my husband was a military veteran the first thing she said was “you know what my manager says? He says he didn’t join the military to get a discount “. The store manager is Mark Hansen. I thought really! This store at Woodman and Powers refused to provide military discounts for lumber and plumbing items. The items I needed were corrigated plastic tubing to divert water from the roof downspouts. I will not be shopping there in the future.
I have had the complete run around from all management and associates concerning my delivery for my order. They offered free delivery for my patio furniture. They then took my money and made excuses for 3 days on why they couldn’t deliver my order. They loaded an unboxed, damaged refrigerator Into our vehicle and never mentioned it was a floor model with at least ten dings on the front door and scratches on one side that went all the way to the metal. I was then told by the manager that there are no more of these in town, however, several of the other HD stores had them in stock so I was able to order from a different HD. This is the 2nd time this HD has messed things/orders up, so I am done with this location.
please do not order big appliance through them. we ordered a fridge and the delivery drivers didnt wear masks, didnt take any precautions what so ever and started unboxing our fridge in a rain storm and then immediately put it back on the truck and said it was damaged. we didnt even get to see it. the fridge is out of stock and wont br in stock again. this store specifically has told us that they wont replace with a different fridge because they dont want to take the hit t… See more

Pésimo servicio, yo compré material hace una semana en esta tienda y el delivery me lo tenian para el dia de ayer y nunca llegó, no dan con claridad una fecha de que si lo van hacer no tienen responsabilidad en cumplir eld elivery lo cual no es gratis fue pagado y el material tambien fue pagado, entonces para que ofrecen servicio de delivery si no lo van a respetar? yo tube q cancelar mi proyecto el dia de hoy con unos trabajadores. es muy molesto
