I just tried to a special order two cooktop and pay cash at the store. I was told I couldn't pay cash. I would have to buy gift cards to pay. What kind of crazy crap is this? If something is wrong with them I can't get money back just gift cards my ass. If these cooktop would work out. I was planning on purchase 5 more over the next 3 months. Idiot store just lost out on over $2000.00 in sales.
Nothing about any of the stores. It's home depot themselves my grandma has a credit card with them for over two years now. She has always made her payment on the 13th of every month, however in December she missed one payment first time ever!!!!! Now an automated service calls at least four times a day asking when can you make a payment she's tries putting in a date and it gets declined. She can't talk to anyone it tells her to go online she is 76yrs old she can't. I can't believe how home depot is treating a loyal customer.... read more
