Can't never get any help Too busy talking with friends
We had our floors done with Home Depot. The quarter round they placed was uneven, not attached in spots, chips and dents in our walls and cabinets, glue on the new floors they put in as well as glue stuck in our carpet. I’ve reached out to CFI (the contractor) to see what they can do to fix what they did as well as Home Depot (with a promise from them they would call to fix the issues) and no one has gotten back to me. I would steer clear of using their floor installation department.
I ordered a couple of lawn chairs online, paid for them, and was going to pick them up. The coronavirus situation hit, so I called the store and asked if someone could bring them out to my car and I could show them my ID since they were already paid for, and they say they don’t offer that service. I then asked an associate who was loading someone else’s car, if he could help me bring out my order if I gave him my ID, and he said I had to go inside to talk to customer service first. My wife ordered a new shower/bathtub unit and toilet from Home Depot online. On Wednesday, 2 of their delivery people pulled into our driveway and dumped the ordered items on the front walk/driveway and sped off. Please note that both ends of the box containing the bathtub are ripped open. We paid a delivery charge to Home Depot for this service...pretty bad investment on our part...😡 — in Saint Joseph, Michigan.

I had a awful experience with Lowe's so I went to Home Depot for doors. Laurel in doors was amazing and friendly! she even knew all about doors and helped us a lot. She was great!
Very good sales people. Store clean. Cashiers are friendly.
Their Christmas trees are not lit. And won’t light them up. Sort of crazy to not light up a display. I sure hope their management wakes up and notices
Every time I go there the receiving guy is a complete jerk. But every time I talk to him I tell him to have a good day I walk in and out of that building with a smile on my face. Just because you hate your job and or your life decisions does not mean you need to take it out on other people.
