great customer service at this store. bought tool chest on black friday ( $100 off ), took home and built, THEN noticed it was dented badly. called store, manager said bring in pics and reciept and he would help me out. took in next day and differnt manager heard my situation. immediately offered a serious % off for my troubles. great experience. trust me i have had BAD experiences at other HD stores....this one has been perfect all the time. thanks
No employees anywhere to be found check out takes forever. No knowledge of anything. Lazy lazy lazy.
