They can do everything right but when they get it wrong they get it really bad wrong. The latest experience was positive but only after I called the CEO. Materials order on May 30, 2016 have been sitting in a store because their computer systems would not allow them to make it a home delivery. These were composite decking boards that weigh almost 2000 pounds and they wanted me to load and go ... lol. They are supposed to be delivered tomorrow, we will see.

I own 5 rental properties so I'm here a lot. This location is beginning to look like a poorly run Kmart - it's always a mess with aisles clogged with merchandise and some areas very disorganized (try buying window blinds...then go to Lowes on Lemmon at Inwood). On the whole I still like shopping here, but I find myself at Lowes a lot more lately.

Well Home Depot you did it again. Pulled the bait and switch. You advertise on National radio that you have perennials for sale 4 quart sized perennials for $10. My wife and I go to local Home Depot and asked where they were at. your manager sad that he was sorry but that was last week. I said are you going to get more in? He said no it was only while supplies last. You people do this all the time ! We're sick and tired of your bait and switch. We went and spent $200 at Lowes.

I'm never shopping at Home Depot again. The reason why is simply because I bought a new toilet bowl and it came with a wrong piece. THEN I couldn't get my money back only store credit. The store didn't have the bowl I needed in stock and they called another store to see if they had it in stock. The store said they did and when I got there they didn't. I have been shopping at Home Depot ever since I can remember going with my dad for everything we needed. It's unfortunate that Home Depot has gotten so successful and has lost ... read more
