Horrible experience today ! We rented a truck to deliver our new land mower and they stayed with the entire deposit which is 150 , only use the car for 2 hours and is 19$ for 75 minutes ! This store sucks
We went to Home Depot today. We wanted to get a new back door and a new patio door. We got to the appropriate department.............. not a soul to be seen!!!!!! We waited about 15 minutes and a contractor turned up and told us that he didn’t think anyone was here, two of the staff that worked in that dept. we’re on vacation so I said “Okay, we’re going to Lowe’s then” he replied saying “ Yes,I don’t blame you,if I wasn’t a contractor here, I’d be there too” So Home Depot, you better pull your socks up. The staff is very pleasant.
Right around the corner from our house! We’re regular visitors & bring our pup along most of the time. She loves it as much as we do!
This store is understaffed and poorly managed Their is no one to assist contractors in the Building material area and no help loading Again today only 2 Cashiers and a ,15 minute wait in the line to check out
