Terrible service. I scheduled a delivery last Wednesday online for delivery last Friday. I called back in Monday, it took four phone calls to get delivery set for this Thursday. I get a call today, Wednesday, saying that they can not deliver until next week. Two weeks after initial promise of delivery. Save yourself the hassle. Call Indiana mulch and stone. I called today , they are delivering tomorrow. Cheaper delivery.

We are certainly sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We've had to back off of some soil deliveries due to the extreme levels of rain we've experienced (we don't want to deliver mud!) The products, the staff - TOP NOTCH. You will not find a better company to do business with - quality mulch and landscaping products with a knowledgeable staff - what more could a customer ask for?!

Typically satisfied with Tiffany, but recently ordered mulch for PM delivery as I was taking the afternoon off to spread it. After clarifying order several times, the delivery driver called me on the day of delivery to tell me that I was the first delivery of the day. This would not work as I had prepared things to be ready for delivery at noon. As a result, I was moved to the last delivery of the day - thus wasting the afternoon I took off. Needless to say - NOT happy!
