Worth the wait!!!
Garden Cafe has been going down hill for a while and today it reached the bottom. We paid $80 for a breakfast that took 1 hour and 5 minutes to come out and was basically inedible. They said nothing about any wait when we checked out - we would never have stayed with 2 small kids. After 40 minutes we finally got a hold of the manager to ask about our food and she snapped back “It’s a 45 minute wait.” There was no apology for not having told us at checkout. Garden Café is one of my favorite breakfast venues. Great food, prices and ambiance. The bacon is to die for.
Such a lovely oasis in the midst of our big city. Loved the menu, the friendly staff, the comfortable seating (inside and out), but MOST especially loved the fresh food and options for this vegetarian. I always appreciate local, organic produce and theirs is outstanding!
