Pros: It’s very affordable to live here. The apartments, even though dated, are very comfortable and spacious. The balcony/patio and large windows are great for natural lighting. Laundry (shared) is free and the machines are fairly new. The grounds are beautifully covered with grass, trees, bushes and flowers. There is a walking path. Rented there in 2020. It was well run, very, very affordable
I'm about to sign my 3rd lease. Haven't had many problems, but the ones I did have were taken care of. The maintenance staff is always working hard on improvement projects. Great location.
