Pros: It’s very affordable to live here. The apartments, even though dated, are very comfortable and spacious. The balcony/patio and large windows are great for natural lighting. Laundry (shared) is free and the machines are fairly new. The grounds are beautifully covered with grass, trees, bushes and flowers. There is a walking path. Commuting is great because you’re close to stores, businesses, etc. and the highway. Neighbors are friendly and the area is very quiet and serene. Rented there in 2020. It was well run, very, very affordable
