I came into Infinity later in the evening and although my sales person was nice enough, I was talked into a vehicle I did not want. I was upfront about what I wanted yet despite that I walked out with a vehicle with only one of my requirements. In addition, they initially brought the price down on the vehicle to fit my budget but when I said I wanted leather they said they were going to deduct the leather fee from the cost of the car and add it in as an additive so it evens out. Do not buy your car from Infiniti of Nashua. I purchased a certified 2019 QX50 with around 26,000 miles 60 days ago. It broke down less than 24 hours later then again less than a week later. Now a warning light is on intermittently. In the shop 27 out of 30 days of ownership. The GM would not buy back or swap the car out for another on the lot and told me that cars break down and they fix them, thats why they warranty them. I have been a loyal customer with Fetti for over 6 years now recently in June I decided to purchase a new vehicle from them. WORST DECISION EVER! I have never had any issues with this place in 6 years till now. If asked to sum up our experience at Daytona Infiniti, the word I would use is “shady”. My husband and I already own an Infiniti QX80 which we were looking to trade in for a newer model.
