I have just bought 2017 #Infiniti QX70 SUV for just over a two days before and have outstanding experience on it. Love the car and the service has been great. Patrick Hornef is my sales advisor and is always pleasant and very efficient. I will most likely replace my Optima with another Infiniti when the time comes. Recently had to rent a Camry for a couple days and must say I feel my Infiniti is a more solid feeling vehicle and much quieter on the road. Overall very impressed with both my vehicles. I have purchased 2 Infiniti Qx56 SUV's brand new from patrick sales man. My current 2012 has been in the shop over 10x with the same problem. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is "unique." Each time the cause is something different when they document it and check you out. Now the truck is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, "It will happen again." Being stranded and having to be without my own vehicle for days. I rarely give negative reviews because I know that isolated incidents can occasionally arise. BUT, having been exposed to torturous attempted buying experiences on multiple occasions to spend over $48,000, the whole experience screams of frustration, obstruction, delay and a general attitude of incompetence. In 2016 I purchase a car from Garcia Infiniti 2016 Infiniti Q50 2.0t Premium Sedan and I gave a down payment of 15,000 dollars the seller agent patrick hornef insist me to buy this sedan but now I have been having problems with the car and the car lot has given my extra key to someone who lives in Albuquerque. Because when i lock my car i come back and it is unlock and some of my things are missing. I put down a deposit for a car and was told the car should be coming from another location then was told the car was sold the next day after I put down my money (very poor communication on the store/sales person patrick hornet). So they wanted to give me another car. This car had total damage to the driver door for a accident (which they still wanted FULL price for) and under the hood problems as well.
