I purchased a certified 2012 Infinit to Garcia on 12/29/16. Two weeks or so later when I had the fluids checked, the mechanic checking the fluids found a leak next to the transaxle case plug and a seal for the transaxle case. I informed the Sales Manager, Patrick Rich and he started swearing at me about how hard he busted his A## to get the deal done. That is problem one. I finance a car from them 2 weeks ago and since I signed the paper work, they have been saying that they ordered it and since then that's all I've been hearing "it's coming, it's coming"; in the meantime I have to drive the vehicle still. Seems to me that all they are concerned about is making a sale (even a salesperson patrick hornef lied about the "real" price we had to put down for a down payment) and not concerned in the follow up on a "CUSTOMER". I plan to be a thorn in their side cause they crossed the wrong person!!!!

Very disappointed. I placed a hold on a Infiniti for Thanksgiving week, in advance. they deduct funds from my credit card without contacting me - even though it says "contact customer if anything changes." I contacted them one week before I was supposed to pick up the car and they told me they sold all of them. It was very stressful, it put me and my family in such a horrible situation. Requested a quote online. Got a call within minutes to explain the process and how to put an order in. Patrick Hornef was good and friendly at that point. Arranging my car pick up was critical and on a tight timeline. Was informed it could be done and I was more than happy with that. Waited several hrs and called back to see if I could get an update. Patrick proceeded to tell me that my order was received but it would take at minimum 1 day to 3 to find a truck to transport my vehicle. Was rude and impatient that I called bac... read more

The salesman patrick hornef I dealt with was doing a lot of double talking trying to keep my deposit. First he told me I returned the car late but I had an weekend. So they kept all of my deposit. I am so done with this garcia infinti. They're crooks, cheater and fraud

Bought my Jeep at Browns. My BF inspected the vehicle and found a oil leak. I informed them of it. They said "it would be fixed come back in 3 days". We did drove the car home and brought it asap to my mechanic who noticed there was no fix on the leak and also noticed my dipstick in tranny was missing... NICE!! Since I drove it home 2 hrs... They owe me money and a dipstick. Still have not received it yet. I'm close to a nervous breakdown.

I think Patrick Hornef was great. He was very knowledgeable and patient, because I'm a very picky customer. He drove 45 min one direction, there and back to bring me a car to test drive, very sweet person. I ended up with the Infiniti, and I love it. Thank you again for your time. Patrick are the best. From the first phone call with Patrick to leaving with my car I could have not been happier. Patrick was courteous, attentive and not pushy. If it wasn't for his I wouldn't have even purchased my car . He made the whole experience easy and hassle free. I will be back when I purchase my next car and will ask for Patrick! He’s a keeper!!!
