Great people and a great company. I had a very loud opener that I needed replaced and they got me setup with a belt driven motor and took care of it within just a couple of days. Monday after I hauled most of my mom's stuff back from her assisted living apartment and stowed it in my garage, my garage door wouldn't close! (not because too much junk, because motor died.) Garage Works has helped me once before so when this happened, I ran to look for their card. Casey came right out and diagnosed the problem, and today James came out and fixed it. Great guys, very nice, super capable!

So-moving is always stressful and filled with unanticipated and unwanted surprises. Long story short, having to replace my garage door motors became a serendipity when I called Garageworks. Staff was responsive_ especially my sweet Holly, the young man who came by and gave me the estimate,and the two young men who installed in Tennessee humid heat last Friday. All and all, a class act and a pleasure to recommend. If you have the opportunity to use their services, you will be pleased.
Excellent experience with them today. Yesterday I couldn't open my garage because our spring broke. I called them late last night, left a message, and dropped them an email as well. I got a call early this morning, they came and fixed it all before 8am. Now that's impressive! They even left some more spray lubricant so I can extend the life of the new spring into the future. I definitely recommend them. Fast, efficient service with a great, friendly attitude.
