I question if the owner has an issue with certain races because he would never let me apply although I’m more than qualified
Lived here three years. The building is beautiful and the location is perfect. You can walk to any great Chatt restaurant. However, the maintenance is very poor. My spouse got really really sick from silicate insulation falling on our living room and bedroom. We were forced to move out of the apartment for 2 weeks, and 2 years later, my spouse still has serious health issues. The on-call repair guy does his best, but frankly, it’s not good enough. I love garage lofts. I’ve been here ever since they opened.
I toured the apartment. The owner would not give me an application. I requested an application both in person and via email. I question the legality of this.
Nice quiet place.
